Pilot NGO Project is a new initiative of Save A Family Plan which aims to implement small-scale but high-impact social development programs. This program will enable Save A Family Plan to start partnership with new NGOs, by analysing their capacity and vigour in implementing small scale innovative projects funded by Save A Family Plan. This project is implemented in the most deserving communities in India, who urgently need developmental initiatives to improve their standard of living.
The Pilot NGO Project follows a systematic methodological approach and planning though which, the prime needs and existing resources of the community is identified in the initial stage by the support of local Panchayati Raj Institution (PRI) governing bodies. Along with Save A Family Plan’s monitory and technical support, the partner NGOs will mobilize pre-identified local government resources to implement various social development activities aims to resolve community issues and improve standard of living of the community members. The intervened communities will carry out the evaluation of developmental interventions at the end of the project with the help of Save A Family Plan and partner NGO.
